BPP University Law School’s Pro Bono Centre shortlisted for three LawWorks awards!
BPP University Law School’s Pro Bono Centre has been shortlisted in The LawWorks & Attorney General’s Student Pro Bono Awards 2017 for a trio of accolades.
The award-winning centre is shortlisted in the categories of Best Contribution by an Individual Student Award (Demi McLean, BPP University Law School in Manchester), Best Contribution by a Team of Students (BPP University Law School Leeds’ Mock Trial Team), and Best New Pro Bono Activity (BPP University Law School’s London Pro Bono Centre’s Calais Initiative).
Victoria Speed, Joint Director of Pro Bono and CSR at BPP University Law School, said: “We are very proud of our fantastic team and the talented, engaged and interesting students who make this possible.”
The awards ceremony takes place on Wednesday, April 26th, at the House of Commons, and will be hosted by the Attorney General, Jeremy Wright MP, and His Honour Sir Robin Knowles CBE.
