BPP University Business School revamps ‘career-ready’ MSc Management programme
BPP University Business School has enhanced its MSc Management programme to reflect the ever-evolving working environment for ‘career-ready’ graduates.
Students can earn their Master’s degree in just one year and there is an option to join BPP University’s Professional Development and Project module to prepare students for possible work placement or a work-related project.*
Speaking about the improvements to the programme, Charlene McKinney, Head of Graduate Professional Development at BPP University Business School, said: “The one thing that excites me the most about this new programme is the 60 credit project module undertaken exclusively in Term Three.
“At this stage there are two different assessment paths – one of which incorporates the opportunity of work experience.
“Regardless of which assessment path a student takes, the final project will develop a student’s competence to apply their knowledge and skills in a highly practical way.
“It is a great vehicle for students to showcase their talents as strategic and commercial professionals, who can work creatively and with independence.”
Fully-accredited by CMI, the MSc Management course allows students to network with like-minded young professional students from across the globe and – in addition to the Master’s degree – they will also receive a CMI Level 7 qualification upon successful completion.
As well as studying in the heart of the UK’s business district in central London, students will be invited to hear guest lecturers from some of the industry’s key business leaders involved in global distribution, consumer goods, banking and finance.
Dr John Mantikas, Head of Post Graduate programmes at BPP University Business School, said: “This is an ideal programme for those wanting to pursue career advancement.
“With our professional environment, contemporary content and highly-qualified practitioner faculty, we bring the workplace into the classroom.
“That is especially the case with our enhanced MSc Management programme which offers optional specialisations in Finance and/or Project Management.
“Our faculty boasts backgrounds from large multi-national, Fortune 500 organisations, others from entrepreneurial pursuits and not-for profit sectors. We all share a passion for making our students career-ready.”
The course’s first intake takes place this month.
